Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love everything you receive from Priscila Leen Arts. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Damaged or defective items: we will replace or fully refund at no cost to you.
• Returns on unopened, unused items accepted within 14 days. Buyer pays return shipping.
• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable.
• Bath and personal care products cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons.

Shipping Policy

• Free shipping on all orders over $80 (US only).
• Orders under $80: flat $6.99 shipping fee.
• Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (handmade in small batches).
• Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after processing.
• You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
• Currently shipping within the United States only.

We collect only the information necessary to process your order (name, email, shipping address, payment details). Your information is never sold or shared with third parties. Payment information is processed securely and we do not store credit card numbers.
